Kalicia, Customer Service
biography     Kalicia is a student at Texas Christian University and is slanted to graduate in May 2008.  She will handle customer service for ApplicaPro.  Prior to ApplicaPro, Kalicia worked as a Client Service Coordinator for H&R Block.
